🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We sell digital products only, delivered instantly by email. Because of this, we do not accept returns once a file has been downloaded.

However, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders that have not yet been accessed.

If your file hasn’t been downloaded, you’re eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

We use EDP (Easy Digital Products) to track downloads and verify eligibility.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Files that have been downloaded

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom content

🔄 Exchanges

Digital products are non-exchangeable. If you purchased the wrong item and haven’t downloaded it, contact us and we’ll help correct it.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days if the product has not been downloaded. Once accessed, this right is waived as per EU digital content regulations.

💳 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider.
